Your stocks

You can create and manage multiple stocks. Multi-stocks let you organize your diapers according to where you store them.

You can reorder stocks or define a specific low-stock threshold. The first stock is marked as primary and used by default for some actions.

Low-stock threshold

Define when the diaper count is displayed in red when a stock is low. This is the default value, but it can be overridden for a stock (in "Your stocks" settings) or for a type (from the type page in the catalog).

Keep diapers with no stock

Choose whether to display empty diapers in your stocks. Three options:

• Never: empty diapers are never shown.
• Only favorites: only show empty diapers for favorite types; others are hidden.
• Always: all empty diapers are shown.

Display action buttons when starting a new change

When you are already wearing a diaper and you use a new diaper from your stock, you can choose to display action buttons to either start a new change or add the diaper to the current change.

This setting has three options:

• Never: never show action buttons. Using a diaper always starts a new change.
• Only for reusable diapers: show actions only for reusable diapers.
• Always: always show action buttons.

Allow infinite stock

Allow adding diapers with infinite stock. This will let you add diaper in your stock with an infinite count.

Random diaper selection

Enable random selection to help choose which diaper to use. This opens a sub-page with the following options:

Allow random selection of diapers

Enable or disable the feature.

Use weighted random by stock quantity

Use a weighted random based on stock quantities, giving higher chances to diapers from stocks with higher counts.

Exclude low stock

Define a threshold to exclude low-count diapers from random selection.

Type exclusion list

Exclude specific types from random selection.

Stock exclusion list

Exclude specific stocks from random selection.

Usage exclusion list

Exclude disposable or reusable diapers from random selection.

Custom information exclusions

Exclude types based on custom information.

Stock sorting/grouping

Define how stock items are sorted and grouped. You can sort by diaper count, diaper name, or brand name.

With multiple stocks, choose to display them stock by stock, or merge all into a single list (with per-stock counts).

When starting a new change, choose whether the dialog suggests editing the current or the previous change.

Include reusable diapers in stock count

Choose whether to include reusable diapers in the top-bar stock count and in each stock's count.

Include masked stocks in stock count

Choose whether to include masked stocks in the top-bar stock count.

Masked stocks

Masked stocks are hidden from the main stock view. Several improvements have been made:

• A masked stock can now be disabled even if it is the primary stock.
• Masked stocks can be reordered before visible stocks in the sort order.

Reusable stock stuck state

If a reusable stock gets stuck in an "in use" state, you can reset it from the reusable stock type page. A button is available to correct the blocked state and mark the stock as no longer in use.
