You can set up notifications in DiapStash. These can include change reminders or reminders to wear a diaper.

Go to Settings, then Notifications to configure notifications.

Create a notification

To create a notification, on the Notifications settings page, tap Add new notification.

Trigger event and delay

The first step is to determine when the notification will be triggered. To do this, select a trigger event and specify the delay after the event occurs for the notification to be sent.

You have four possible trigger events:

• Start of change: Receive a notification after a specified delay from the start of your current change. You will not receive a notification if you remove or change the diaper before the specified time.
• End of change: Receive a notification after a specified delay from the end of your last change. You will only receive a notification if you are not wearing a diaper.
• Wet accident: Receive a reminder after a specified delay from your first wetting accident in your current diaper. The notification will not be triggered if you change your diaper before the specified delay.
• Messy accident: Receive a reminder after a specified delay from your first messy accident in your current diaper. The notification will not be triggered if you change your diaper before the specified delay.

The delay field lets you set how long after the trigger event the notification should be sent. The format is HH:MM (hours:minutes). The delay must be at least 1 minute (00:01) and at most 99 hours and 99 minutes (99:99).

Conditions

After defining the trigger event and delay, you can choose to limit the notification to a specific type. To do this, select a type. If you want the notification for all types, set the value to Default.

Content

The last step is to define the content of the notification: the title and the body (description).

You can use one of the predefined messages based on the selected trigger event, or you can write your own text.

Manage Sharing notifications

Push notifications for sharing are available to keep you informed about activity on shared histories and stocks.

The following push notifications are supported:

• Shared stock: Notified when someone uses a diaper from a stock shared with you.
• Start of change on shared history: Notified when a change is started on a history shared with you.
• End of change on shared history: Notified when a change ends on a history shared with you.
• Accident on shared history: Notified when an accident is recorded on a history shared with you.

You can configure these notifications from the Notifications settings page under Manage Sharing notifications.
